In our office, we utilize these three technologies:

Thermography/Thermal Scan:

Scrolling our thermal scan gently up your spine and taking specific readings, will allow us to measure temperature differences from one side of the spine to the other. This test will show us where the Autonomic Nerve System, which is responsible for controlling the blood vessels going to organs and glands, might be under stress.

Surface EMG/Electromyography Scan:

Our body has to deal with gravity daily – our muscles must always be in balance in order for us to move properly when one or more the vertebrae is out of posture it will disturb nerve function and cause muscular imbalance charging the electrical signals to the muscles of the spine. Our muscles can be tight or fatigued, weak or strong, and will end up showing abnormal muscular patterns. The scan will show us the imbalances by measuring the amount of current/energy used from side to side of our spine. We will be looking at symmetry, pattern and the intensity of the signal.

Pulse Wave Profiler:

The pulse wave profiler will monitor the Autonomic Nerve System by collecting information on Heart Rate Variability. Heart Rate Variability is measuring the beat to beat variation in our Heart Rate. A natural rise and fall in heart rate is caused by several physiological functions including breathing and Autonomic Nerve System functions, which is our “fight or flight” reactor to stress. The test itself reveals the general state of an individual’s health and their ability to adapt to stress from the environment. whether it is physical, chemical or emotional.
