The Principles of Chiropractic

The body is a self-healing and self-regulating organism.

The nerve system is the master system in the body, responsible for all functions.

Our posture is a window to our spine and the nerve system. Since our structure determines our function any misalignments or vertebrae out of position can affect our nerve system.

Subluxation is when one or more of the vertebra in eh spine is out of position, putting pressure on nerves causing nerve interference.

Nerve interference interrupts the body’s functions and its natural ability to heal.

Subluxations can be caused by poor posture, bad sleeping habits, work injuries, sports injuries, slips and falls, or even the birth process. Subluxations can also be caused by emotional or chemical stress like things we eat, drugs, or our environment.

Chiropractic adjustments correct Subluxations and remove the nerve interference allowing the body to heal and return to normal function.
